At Least My Food is Doing Something Right

Following up on a post from a while back; I learned that my cholesterol is now down to 95! Yay! I may not be losing weight, but at least I'm eating (and getting) healthier. I think the next step will have to be exercise, but every time I start a routine, something happens that interrupts it, a cold or an injury. I will just have to fight my way through.

I found a site for readers over the weekend, weread.com. I've already listed over 70 books!
